Privacy Policy- Boozique Mobile Bar, LLC ( "Boozique," " we," "us," "our," ) cares about your privacy. We are committed to protecting both the personal, as well as the business information you share and/or store with us. You consent to this privacy policy by using this website, which applies to transactions, activities and data gathered through the Boozique Mobile Bar website. We will only use customer’s personal data for the sole purpose of fulfilling a customers’ order or servicing a customer's event. This information will be held confidential and will only be shared with third parties including shipping carriers and payment processors. Information will not be stored or saved unless the customer agrees to create an account within our site,, for future orders. Please review our policy occasionally, as we may update it without notice.

Booking Policy

Upon booking an event with BOOZIQUE, LLC, you will be provided a quote based on what beverage items (spirits, beer, wine, cups, ice, garnish, stirrers, and/or napkins) you want included with your package. Events in which spirits, beer and/or wine is included, the quote is based on a 4 drink maximum per guest. All details of event and suggestions are to be discussed prior to quote being provided. If any changes are requested, it may result in additional charges and or modifications to accommodate requests.


All packages that are booked includes service for at least 4 hours, not including 45 minutes of set up time prior to the start of your event. Additional hours can be added on for an additional cost.

All bookings for Mocktail Bars, Events in which a Tip Jar is not allowed and Events under 20 guests will be charged a service fee (gratuity).

The cut off time for serving alcohol at each event is 20 minutes prior to the event's end time.



Media Policy

Boozique reserves the right to take photos and videos at any event we're booked to service. Understand that by booking Boozique Mobile Bar, you consent to the usage of images and videos being posted on our website or social media accounts. If you do not want media of you or your event posted, please inform us upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

All Pouch or Pre Mix Kit Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. NO EXCEPTIONS.


For event bookings, Client shall have a cancellation right up to seven (7) days prior to the date of service without being charged the full rate of service. If Client cancels within the seven (7) day period, Client shall be responsible for the full rate of service. The Deposit which is required to secure the Services is always NON-REFUNDABLE; however, in the rare event that Company is unable to perform the Services (solely due to acts of Company), Client is entitled to a full refund. 

Your Event balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the start of your event or services shall not be rendered, unless a communicable and mutual agreement regarding remaining balance is made.

We are educated on serving alcohol and we reserve the right to refuse service if we feel a guest has consumed too much alcohol. We are dedicated  to providing a responsible alcohol consumption environment. The host is ultimately responsible for all guests and their actions.
